Well, it's almost time for the BRIFT Showcase. Been rehearsing my scene for a while now with my wonderful co-classmate/co-actor/co-BRIFTie, Michael Vadnal. We've worked hard on it and are excited about finally presenting our scene.
Our scene is called "Chocolate" by Frederick Stoppel. It's a comical bit, where he plays an aloof detective, and I play a murderous wife. Comedy ensues. It's a class favorite.
The BRIFT Showcase is set for Friday, June 25th at 7 PM. Other scenes include "The In Laws," "The Gingerbread Lady," "Chapter Two," "Star Spangled Girl," "Wanda's Visit," "The Odd Couple," "He She and It," and "Life and Limb."
